What the AI reads
Every line, not just the total
Quantity, unit price and amount for each line, with the tax broken down by rate. The lines are checked against the total on the receipt or invoice, so you see straight away whether it all adds up.
Odd prices stand out
An odd price is flagged for you to check, and nothing is skipped silently. You see what the AI read before anything is saved.
Photos and PDFs
A photo taken with your phone, or the PDF your supplier emails you. Both are read the same way, line by line.
Euros, dollars and more
Bought abroad? The AI also recognises the currency on a receipt or invoice, such as euros or dollars, so a foreign amount isn't taken for a local one.
Where the lines end up
Reading a receipt is only half the work. What matters is that every line lands in the right place:
- In BizziCooks, our kitchen software, the right product is suggested for each line and your choices are remembered. Purchase prices stay up to date, and the accountant gets a tidy overview per supplier instead of a shoebox.
- In BizziBooks, our bookkeeping app, receipts are split by tax rate and category, and your OB (sales tax) return is worked out per period.
- For shops and wholesalers, purchase invoices can go straight into stock and prices, with price checks and reorder alerts.
- In the back office, invoices can be checked against what was actually delivered.
Built into our own products first
We built receipt reading for BizziCooks and BizziBooks, and we use the same building blocks for you. So you don't have to switch to other software: we can connect it to the way you already work, for example to your stock list or to the overview your accountant uses. On Curaçao we can set it up on location; for Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten we work remotely.

Is my financial data safe?
Before we build, we agree on what the AI may see and where your data is stored. Our solutions have role-based permissions and an activity log, so you can always see who changed what.
