This website does not set cookies for visitors, does not track you and loads nothing from other companies. We only have personal data about you if you contact us yourself, or if we contact your business with a free website preview (see below). The one exception is the reservation demo: it keeps its fictional reservations in your own browser, and its chat can send your messages to an AI service (see below). If you request a free website preview, we look at your public website and make the preview with the help of AI (see below).
Who we are
Bizzi Labs (registered as the sole proprietorship BizziLabs with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce and Industry, file number 176970), Curaçao, is responsible for this website and for how your data is handled. Questions about privacy: info@bizzilabs.app.
What this website stores
No cookies for visitors, no analytics, no advertising or social-media trackers. Your language is part of the web address (for example /nl/ for Dutch), so nothing about your choice is stored on your device. Only if you use the reservation demo does it keep something in your browser (see below).
Only our own management page (bizzilabs.app/beheer), which only we can open with a password, sets one strictly necessary cookie after we log in. Visitors never receive it.
Services that see your visit
Cloudflare hosts this website. To deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
The typefaces are served from this website itself, so no font service sees your visit.
Our administration. Cloudflare also stores our own administration for us: requests from the contact form and the website preview form, a short overview of the previews we make, and our clients, projects and quotes. It is kept in a database (Cloudflare D1) in a Cloudflare data centre in North America, which only we can open with a password. If someone tries to log in to our management page, our server code keeps a code derived from the IP address (not the address itself), to stop password guessing; that code is only valid for 15 minutes and is deleted at the next login attempt or the next use of the management page. Data we delete disappears from Cloudflare's backups within 7 days.
When you email us
Mail to info@bizzilabs.app is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox provider. We use your name, email address and message only to answer you and, if we work together, for that work. We keep it as long as needed for that, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
The reservation demo
The reservation demo uses a fictional restaurant. The reservations, waiting list and settings you create there are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so you still see them when you come back. They are never sent to us. "Clear all" in the demo removes the reservations and the waiting list; clearing this website's data in your browser removes everything.
When the AI assistant in the demo is switched on, the messages you type in its chat go through our server code at Cloudflare to Anthropic, the maker of the AI model Claude, which writes the answers. We don't store these conversations. Anthropic processes them under its own privacy policy. Please don't enter real names, phone numbers or other personal details in the demo. In the example mode without AI, nothing you enter leaves your browser.
When you use the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and what takes too much time in your business, and, if you like, your company, your phone or WhatsApp number and your sector. Along with it, we receive the language of the page and the time you sent it. We use this only to answer you and, if we work together, for that work. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
Your message reaches us as an email to info@bizzilabs.app: our server code at Cloudflare passes it to Resend, an email service from the United States that sends it for us. Resend processes the email on our behalf, under its own privacy policy. Resend keeps a copy of the sent email in its logs for a limited time (according to Resend, 30 days). The email then reaches our mailbox at Google through Cloudflare Email Routing, like any email to that address. You don't receive a copy or confirmation by email.
We also keep your message, with the same details, in our own administration (see "Services that see your visit"). There we also note how far our contact has got, for example "in conversation", and our own notes. If sending fails and the form asks you to email us instead, we still keep what you entered in our administration, so that we can reply to you; tell us if you would rather have it deleted.
We keep messages from the form as long as needed for our contact with you, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact, in our mailbox and in our administration. To prevent abuse, our server code keeps count of the messages per IP address in its working memory only; that count is not saved anywhere and is not part of the email. When you request a free website preview
The form on our website preview page asks for the address of your website, your name and your email address, and, if you like, your company, your phone or WhatsApp number, what you would like to improve, a short explanation and whether we may email you about the preview afterwards. You also confirm that it is your own website, or that you may request the preview on behalf of the business. Along with it, we receive the language of the page and the time you sent it. We use this only to make your preview, to send it to you and to talk with you about it. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
The quick check. When you send the form, our server code at Cloudflare fetches the public page at the address you entered, as an automatic visitor that introduces itself as "BizziLabsPreviewCheck" (it follows at most 3 forwards, and checks whether the plain http address of your website forwards to the secure https address), and looks at things such as the page title, the speed and the settings for phones. A page on Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and similar platforms is not fetched. You see the result straight away, and it is included in the email to us. To avoid fetching the same page again and again, our server code keeps the result for at most an hour in its working memory; the page itself is not stored.
The email to us. Your request reaches us as an email to info@bizzilabs.app, in the same way as messages from the contact form: through Resend and Cloudflare Email Routing into our mailbox at Google (see above). The form does not send you an automatic email. We also keep your request and the result of the quick check in our own administration, in the same way as messages from the contact form (also if sending fails).
Your preview. We make the preview only from what is publicly on your own website (texts, photos, logo, contact details), and we never change anything on your website. We make it with the help of AI (Claude, from Anthropic), which then processes the public content of your website and the details of your request under Anthropic's own privacy policy. We check every preview by hand before we send it. The preview is online for 30 days, on a separate address with a secret link that is not shown in search engines, and then goes offline automatically. We only send the link to you. After that we keep a copy of the preview for ourselves for at most 2 years, like your request. In our administration we also keep a short overview of each preview, without your contact details: the name and website of the business, the secret link, its status and the dates, for the same period.
Emails afterwards. Without the tick in the form, you only receive the email with your preview. With the tick, we may email you at most twice more to talk about it. Don't want any more emails? Just reply and say so, and we'll stop.
We keep your request as long as needed for our contact with you, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact, just like messages from the contact form. When we contact your business
Sometimes we email a business on Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire or Sint Maarten ourselves, with a free preview of a renewed homepage. For this we keep the name of the business, its website, the business contact address shown on that website (and the page where it is shown), our own notes and the dates of our contact. We only use an address that the business publishes on its own website; we never guess addresses and never take them from social media.
We make that preview in the same way as a requested one: only from what is public on the business's own website, with the help of AI (Claude, from Anthropic), which processes that public content under Anthropic's own privacy policy. The preview is online for 30 days, on a secret link that is not shown in search engines. We send each email ourselves, one at a time, without a bulk mailing service or tracking pixels, and we email at most twice. Reply 'stop' and we put your address on our unsubscribe list, never email you again and take the preview offline.
We keep these details and a copy of the preview for at most 2 years after our last contact. Only the unsubscribe list (the domain or address) is kept longer, so that we don't email you again. Would you like your details deleted sooner? Email info@bizzilabs.app.
When we work together
If you become a client, we keep your contact details (name, email address, phone number, address and island), the details of our projects (such as dates, amounts, links and our own notes) and our quotes in our administration at Cloudflare (see "Services that see your visit"). We use them only for our work for you, and keep them as long as that is needed and as long as the law requires for our accounts.

Deze website zet geen cookies bij bezoekers, volgt je niet en laadt niets van andere bedrijven. We hebben alleen persoonsgegevens van je als je zelf contact met ons opneemt, of als wij je bedrijf benaderen met een gratis website-preview (zie hieronder). De enige uitzondering is de reserveringsdemo: die bewaart zijn fictieve reserveringen in je eigen browser, en de chat ervan kan je berichten naar een AI-dienst sturen (zie hieronder). Wat deze website bewaart
Geen cookies voor bezoekers, geen bezoekersstatistieken, geen advertentie- of social-media-trackers. Je taal zit in het webadres (bijvoorbeeld /nl/ voor Nederlands), dus er wordt niets over je keuze op je toestel bewaard. Alleen als je de reserveringsdemo gebruikt, bewaart die iets in je browser (zie hieronder).
Alleen ons eigen beheerscherm (bizzilabs.app/beheer), dat alleen wij met een wachtwoord kunnen openen, zet na het inloggen één noodzakelijke cookie. Bezoekers krijgen die nooit.
Diensten die je bezoek zien
Cloudflare host deze website. Om de pagina's te leveren en te beschermen tegen misbruik verwerkt Cloudflare technische gegevens, zoals je IP-adres. Zie de privacyverklaring van Cloudflare.
De lettertypen komen van deze website zelf, dus geen letterdienst ziet je bezoek.
Onze administratie. Cloudflare bewaart ook onze eigen administratie voor ons: aanvragen uit het contactformulier en het formulier voor de website-preview, een kort overzicht van de previews die we maken, en onze klanten, projecten en offertes. Dat staat in een database (Cloudflare D1) in een datacenter van Cloudflare in Noord-Amerika, die alleen wij met een wachtwoord kunnen openen. Probeert iemand in te loggen op ons beheerscherm, dan bewaart onze servercode een code die van het IP-adres is afgeleid (niet het adres zelf), tegen het raden van het wachtwoord; die code geldt maar een kwartier en wordt gewist bij de volgende inlogpoging of het volgende gebruik van het beheerscherm. Wat we wissen, verdwijnt binnen 7 dagen ook uit de reservekopieën van Cloudflare.
Als je ons mailt
Mail aan info@bizzilabs.app wordt door Cloudflare Email Routing doorgestuurd naar onze maildienst. We gebruiken je naam, e-mailadres en bericht alleen om je te antwoorden en, als we samenwerken, voor dat werk. We bewaren het zolang dat nodig is, en we verkopen het niet en delen het met niemand anders.
De reserveringsdemo
De reserveringsdemo gebruikt een fictief restaurant. De reserveringen, wachtlijst en instellingen die je daar maakt, worden alleen in je eigen browser bewaard (lokale opslag), zodat je ze terugziet als je terugkomt. Ze worden nooit naar ons gestuurd. "Alles wissen" in de demo wist de reserveringen en de wachtlijst; de gegevens van deze website wissen in je browser wist alles.
Staat de AI-assistent in de demo aan, dan gaan de berichten die je in de chat typt via onze servercode bij Cloudflare naar Anthropic, de maker van het AI-model Claude, dat de antwoorden schrijft. Wij bewaren deze gesprekken niet. Anthropic verwerkt ze volgens zijn eigen privacybeleid. Vul in de demo geen echte namen, telefoonnummers of andere persoonsgegevens in. In de voorbeeldmodus zonder AI verlaat niets wat je invult je browser.
Als je het contactformulier gebruikt
Het contactformulier vraagt je naam, je e-mailadres en wat er in je bedrijf te veel tijd kost, en als je wilt ook je bedrijf, je telefoon- of WhatsApp-nummer en je sector. Daarbij krijgen we de taal van de pagina en het tijdstip waarop je het verstuurde. We gebruiken dit alleen om je te antwoorden en, als we samenwerken, voor dat werk. We verkopen het niet en delen het met niemand anders.
Je bericht komt bij ons binnen als mail aan info@bizzilabs.app: onze servercode bij Cloudflare geeft het door aan Resend, een maildienst uit de Verenigde Staten die het voor ons verstuurt. Resend verwerkt de mail in onze opdracht, volgens zijn eigen privacybeleid. Resend bewaart een kopie van de verstuurde mail een beperkte tijd in zijn logboek (volgens Resend 30 dagen). Daarna komt de mail via Cloudflare Email Routing in onze mailbox bij Google, net als elke andere mail aan dat adres. Je krijgt zelf geen kopie of bevestiging per mail.
We bewaren je bericht met dezelfde gegevens ook in onze eigen administratie (zie "Diensten die je bezoek zien"). Daar noteren we ook hoe ver ons contact is, bijvoorbeeld "in gesprek", en onze eigen notities. Lukt het versturen niet en vraagt het formulier je om ons te mailen, dan bewaren we wat je invulde toch in onze administratie, zodat we je kunnen antwoorden; laat het ons weten als je liever hebt dat we het wissen.
We bewaren berichten uit het formulier zolang dat nodig is voor ons contact met je, en hoogstens 2 jaar na ons laatste contact, in onze mailbox en in onze administratie. Tegen misbruik houdt onze servercode alleen in zijn werkgeheugen bij hoeveel berichten er per IP-adres komen; die telling wordt nergens opgeslagen en staat niet in de mail. Als je een gratis website-preview aanvraagt
Het formulier op onze pagina over de website-preview vraagt het adres van je website, je naam en je e-mailadres, en als je wilt ook je bedrijf, je telefoon- of WhatsApp-nummer, wat je wilt verbeteren, een korte toelichting en of we je daarna nog over de preview mogen mailen. Je bevestigt ook dat het je eigen website is, of dat je de preview namens het bedrijf mag aanvragen. Daarbij krijgen we de taal van de pagina en het tijdstip waarop je het verstuurde. We gebruiken dit alleen om je preview te maken, hem naar je te sturen en er met je over te praten. We verkopen het niet en delen het met niemand anders.
De snelle check. Als je het formulier verstuurt, haalt onze servercode bij Cloudflare de openbare pagina op het adres dat je invulde op, als automatische bezoeker die zich "BizziLabsPreviewCheck" noemt (hij volgt hoogstens 3 doorverwijzingen, en kijkt of het gewone http-adres van je website doorstuurt naar het beveiligde https-adres), en kijkt naar dingen als de paginatitel, de snelheid en de instellingen voor telefoons. Een pagina op Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps en dergelijke wordt niet opgehaald. Je ziet de uitkomst meteen, en hij staat in de mail aan ons. Om niet steeds dezelfde pagina op te halen, houdt onze servercode de uitkomst hoogstens een uur in zijn werkgeheugen; de pagina zelf wordt niet bewaard.
De mail aan ons. Je aanvraag komt bij ons binnen als mail aan info@bizzilabs.app, op dezelfde manier als berichten uit het contactformulier: via Resend en Cloudflare Email Routing in onze mailbox bij Google (zie hierboven). Het formulier stuurt jou geen automatische mail. We bewaren je aanvraag en de uitkomst van de snelle check ook in onze eigen administratie, net als berichten uit het contactformulier (ook als het versturen niet lukt).
Je preview. We maken de preview alleen van wat openbaar op je eigen website staat (teksten, foto's, logo, contactgegevens), en we veranderen nooit iets aan je website. We maken hem met hulp van AI (Claude, van Anthropic), dat dan de openbare inhoud van je website en de gegevens van je aanvraag verwerkt volgens het eigen privacybeleid van Anthropic. We kijken elke preview met de hand na voordat we hem sturen. De preview staat 30 dagen online, op een apart adres met een geheime link die niet in zoekmachines komt, en gaat daarna vanzelf offline. We sturen de link alleen naar jou. Daarna bewaren we zelf nog een kopie van de preview, hoogstens 2 jaar, net als je aanvraag. In onze administratie houden we ook een kort overzicht van elke preview bij, zonder je contactgegevens: de naam en website van het bedrijf, de geheime link, de stand en de datums, even lang.
Mails daarna. Zonder het vinkje in het formulier krijg je alleen de mail met je preview. Met het vinkje mogen we je daarna nog hoogstens twee keer mailen om erover te praten. Wil je geen mail meer? Antwoord dat gewoon, dan stoppen we.
We bewaren je aanvraag zolang dat nodig is voor ons contact met je, en hoogstens 2 jaar na ons laatste contact, net als berichten uit het contactformulier. Tegen misbruik houdt onze servercode alleen in zijn werkgeheugen bij hoeveel aanvragen er per IP-adres komen. Wil je je aanvraag of je preview eerder laten wissen? Mail naar info@bizzilabs.app.
Als wij je bedrijf benaderen
Soms mailen we zelf een bedrijf op Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire of Sint Maarten, met een gratis preview van een vernieuwde homepage. Daarvoor bewaren we de naam van het bedrijf, de website, het zakelijke contactadres dat op die website staat (en de pagina waar het staat), onze eigen notities en de datums van ons contact. We gebruiken alleen een adres dat het bedrijf zelf op zijn eigen website zet; we raden nooit adressen en halen ze nooit van sociale media.
Die preview maken we op dezelfde manier als een aangevraagde: alleen van wat openbaar op de eigen website van het bedrijf staat, met hulp van AI (Claude, van Anthropic), dat die openbare inhoud verwerkt volgens het eigen privacybeleid van Anthropic. De preview staat 30 dagen online, op een geheime link die niet in zoekmachines komt. We versturen elke mail zelf, één voor één, zonder massamaildienst of meetpixels, en we mailen hoogstens twee keer. Antwoord je 'stop', dan zetten we je adres op onze afmeldlijst, mailen we je nooit meer en halen we de preview offline.

Als we samenwerken
Word je klant, dan bewaren we je contactgegevens (naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, adres en eiland), de gegevens van onze projecten (zoals datums, bedragen, links en onze eigen notities) en onze offertes in onze administratie bij Cloudflare (zie "Diensten die je bezoek zien"). We gebruiken ze alleen voor ons werk voor jou, en bewaren ze zolang dat nodig is en zolang de wet dat voor onze boekhouding vraagt.
